These are not your typical paleo or keto or “healthy” dessert recipes!
Most “paleo” or so-called “healthy” dessert recipes are made out of nut flours and nut butters that are full of polyunsaturated fatty acids, oxalates, and phytic acid.
These compounds not only inhibit the absorption of certain minerals, like zinc, iron, and calcium, but they also inhibit digestion, leading to digestive dysfunction, thyroid issues, and hormonal imbalances.

Who am I?
I’m Amanda, a functional nutritionist and personal trainer, annoyingly passionate about all things health, and a self-proclaimed dessert lover.
I struggled for many years with chronic gut issues, food intolerances, and an inability to lose weight, until I dove head first into learning everything I could to not only heal, but to transform my body.
Since then, I’ve helped hundreds of women and men do the same though private coaching and my Fat Loss 101 and Gut Health 101 courses.
