Let’s start with all the benefits of red light therapy. Just like we need a nutrient-rich diet for our bodies to function optimally, we also need light nutrients!

I usually use my red light at night, about 2-3 hours before bed, so as not to disrupt my sleep. If I were to want to optimize further, I would also be using the light on my stubborn fat areas immediately before leaving for the gym, and may actually start doing that.
