The Beginner Program:

3 full-body workouts a week, home or gym. 

  • Great for someone who only has home gym access 
  • Great for someone who hasn't been consistently lifting 3x a week for a few months
  • Great for someone who has been taking more cardio-strength classes and looking to transition into a full strength program.

The Intermediate Program:

4 upper/lower body split workouts a week, gym only.

  • Great for someone who has gym access.
  • Great for someone who has been consistently training in the gym for 6+ months.
  • Great for someone who is familiar and comfortable with barbell exercises.
