Raw Frozen Chocolate Coconut Protein Cups
If you’re a chocoholic, this recipe will make your day. It’s relatively simple, vegan, raw, and absolutely delicious.
  • 2 scoops protein powder (I use Sun Warrior Tribe warrior blend vanilla)
  • 2 tbsp shredded unsweetened coconut (coconut butter would probably work great, too!)
  • ½ cup nut milk (I used Califia Farm almond milk)
  • 1 cup raw cacao powder
  • ⅓ cup coconut oil
  1. Blend the protein powder and coconut together.
  2. Add in the nut milk little by little until the mixture is thick and creamy. You may not use all of it.
  3. Fill cupcake tins with protein mixture about ¼ of the way and freeze for about two hours.
  4. Heat the coconut oil and the cacao powder over stove, just enough to fully melt.
  5. Dip the frozen coconut cups into the chocolate – the chocolate should harden immediately.
  6. Freeze again for a few minutes, and enjoy!
